It's a Christmas gift so I am just guessing at the rating. It does look very easy to use, it's adjustable so that's a good thing, and it should be easy to clean....but I can't be sure!!

I received the cake ring fairly fast. I did not use it yet, but it looks pretty sturdy. I like how it adjusts to many sizes. It has on the inside marker to know how big or small you want to adjust. Overall, I like it

My daughter loves to bake and make different cakes. She needed help with the leveling of the cake and cutting it. She is absolutely in love with it. It does droop a little but its very thin metal and easily lifted to the correct height.

We use this to cut the top flat on each layer. Once I got the hang of how to do it, this worked pretty well. We were cutting frozen cakes so that made it a little harder due to the force needed. We may eventually try to cut the thin slices to make an ersatz Smith Island cake.

The package is very attractive and makes me want to bakery more. When I opened the box, it looks great, exactly like the online description. The other good thing is to adjust the width, you can go larger or smaller, which gives you a flexivity to make a larger cake for party or small ones for families! So excited to try it out!

This is great once you get the hang of it. My problem was my knife wasn't long enough to cut all the way across. Also, stick cakes can make it difficult. It works pretty well though.

I ordered this for a gift and was very disappointed that it wasn't placed in a shipping box, instead the shipping label was placed on the box itself, very hard to remove without disfiguring the box itself. Other than that issue I was very pleased with my purchase.
