Delivery & Shipping
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at support@sharkfind.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to make the amendments. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address.
If the order is lost due to the incorrect shipping information that the customer has provided, then the customer will have two (2) options:
- We can re-ship another product to the customer, and they will be responsible for the shipping cost (dependant on shipping method) + processing fees ($4.99 USD) for the new order.
- We can refund the customer for the value of the order minus the shipping cost (dependant on shipping method) + processing fees ($4.99 USD).
ORDER MODIFICATION DISCLAIMER

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order details once the order has been made. If you decide you need to change a detail about your order, please write to us at support@sharkfind.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to make the amendments. If it's too late for our team to make the change, you can return your order to us once you've received it. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address.
RETURN TO SENDER
Orders are returned to our warehouse for the following reasons:
- Incorrect shipping details
- Customer failure to pick-up order from post office
- Customer failure to receive delivery at shipping address
If the order is returned to us for any of the above reasons, then the customer will have two (2) options:
- We can re-ship another product to the customer, and they will be responsible for the shipping cost (dependant on shipping method) + processing fees ($4.99 USD) for the new order.
- We can refund the customer for the value of the order minus the shipping cost (dependant on shipping method) + processing fees ($4.99 USD).
