Worked great for me. Saved me a whole bunch of time. Didn't have to worry about taping off the whole room. Doesn't fit into tight spaces but that didn't bother me. I hate taping everything off and I will only use this product from now on when I'm painting any of the rooms in my house. Takes a few tries to get use to it. Remember you can adjust the mini brush to get even closer to the edge of your trim. Just keep an eye on the guide and keep paint cleaned off and remember after you edge an area to open guide up and feather the paint with just the roller.

My husband is very pleased with this order...i was skeptical but it does make a nice line and really sped up the room painting process. ..only hiccup was that the guard doesn't switch to the other side. Worth it!

I initially became interested in the Paint Edger Edger after watching a video online, thought to myself, wow that looks easy enough to do, but was still skeptical because everything looks great on video. I do rehabs in Tampa and always looking to make my job a little easier and faster for myself and my sub-contactors. I used the product literally right out of the box, rolled the brush in the paint and wow! The Paint Edger did exactly as promised from the video, I used no tape for edging, just rolled and I thought was a perfect product. I edged around doorways, ceilings, baseboards, no problem, I was very impressed, it did save myself and crew a ton of set-up time! I would highly recommend this product to DIY, pros, or whoever wants a professional looking edging job!

Paint Edger adds time and a neat straight line to a lot of the cut in work, which is the second most time consuming task behind prep
work when painting. No paint appears in areas where it is not wanted and taping is unnecessary. Great tool !

Overall I like this product. I thought it was the one that connected to a pole but I was mistaken. So essentially your still getting up and down a ladder the same amount of times, but your actual time up there is reduced majorly. Read carefully what exactly is coming in your package.

This thing saves so much time on the long straights and around frames it�s awesome. It�s not perfect by any means because it doesn�t get every corner or odd spot. But for the time it saves the little touch up spots aren�t relevant. I feel like everyone giving it one star expects it to paint for them and make them a pro. Only advice is to pull gray guide back when applying more paint and don�t run it deeper than the nap in paint.

I absolutely love this product. Not sure why it took me so long to find it. Here's my two cents and what I used it on. I just did my basement from floor to ceiling so keep in mind everything was new and fresh with old paint to worry about.
1) For the ceiling, it did a really great job. It's really all dependent on how well your corners were drywalled and what texture was used on your ceiling for it to get the tightest fit to the corner. I had a smooth ceiling so it was really easy to use. I can imagine a textured ceiling might present issues.
2) Along baseboard and trim, the product was absolutely brilliant!!! Perfectly cut and straight lines.
3) My only gripe is the fact that you really need to use their rollers. The roller itself locks into the edger and you can't find these rollers at any store that carries paint from what I can tell. Just for fun, I'm going to try out a standard roller for fun and see how well it actually stays on without rolling off.
I'd highly recommend anyone to use try out this edger as I couldn't be any happier. In fact, I'm going to order a bunch of extra brushes and rollers for it just so I have it on hand should I want to paint something else.

First I�d like to say for what it�s worth this product is amazing. I got finish with the room in half the time and half the cost without having to purchasing expensive tape that constantly bleeds through leaving a messy job. Of course with everything else in life nothing is perfect, but what a lot of ppl fail to do is read the directions. Make sure you clean and change rollers often. If you don�t have smooth walls or Celings this may not be the best fit for you. It won�t reach all areas like corners etc I free hand those small area but you can use tape in that small area if you please. Any I�m 100% satisfied with the job and get tons of complements on the room. I�ve included pics!!

It was a good edger for the straight areas. One tip is to remove the wheel closest to the edger brush. It kept showing up in finish.

This is a great tool. I read some reviews before I ordered and saw some to be unfavorable. Some said it was made cheaply. Well, for $39.95 for the entire kit, I'm noe sure what they were expecting. However, if used correctly, it works great. Always remember to make the final stroke backwards to alllow the brush to cover the wheel track. We are building a new three bedroom home and I cut n the entire house in one afternoon and is looks professional.

A little awkward to use when going into corners can't go all the way into the corner but it leaves great clean lines. I used it in a small bathroom to start I have a much larger area to do next I am sure I will get more comfortable with it. Definitely looks nice when done though!

Was very happy with product. Was sceptacle at first, looked to good to be true but performed as demonstrated. Saved time not taping. Had to use brush in areas it couldn't reach but expected that. Only issue I had was I have a coarse texture and 3/8 nap roller required multiple passes and no other optional rollers available. Would recommend to those who dislike taping.

I am giving this 4 stars as I've found nothing to make cutting in super easy. But, I would buy this again. I like it better than taping and painting with "a steady hand." Edging in is careful work, plain and simple. Even with the Paint Edger, I have to pay attention, be constantly wiping the edge and stay vigilant. But, the Paint Edger is quicker than other methods, just not perfect.

This product does what it days it will.do. It makes painting around door and window frames very easy. It leaves everything clean and neat. You can use it to cut in at the ceiling as well if you have a non textured ceiling to slide it against. For what you pay for it you make back in saved time painting and there is no need for any tape. The key to this product is to roll off a little of the paint then move it in to the casings. This tool can save you hours of cutting in time. If you are comfortable with a painting pole they have a kit for that too and you can save even more time. I have tried other edge painters in the past and i have never had same results as i did with this one. Highly recommended.

It�s so easy to attach rolls and the mini brush as well and easy to remove them to cleaning and you can use it as a regular roller too .
The only difficult part was when I did the edge of my wall with popcorn ceilings but it worked as well it just took me more time.

This works exactly as I hoped it would! I now stay far ahead of anybody who is helping me paint because this makes trimming a breeze! Yes there are some things you have to get used to (Paint will begin to drip after a while if you aren't careful, keeping the shield clean, and applying pressure in the right area) but the same goes for trimming and painting! This is a great product and if you are on the fence as I was I would highly recommend buying it and trying it out!

HUGE TIME SAVER This is an easy product to use and does a fantastic job. Within three minutes we learned the amount of paint needed on the roller and how to get the best results. We had three rooms of orange peel and one room of flat surface. The orange peel required another back and forth compared to the flat surface but that is no big deal. Cut in time was cut into a quarter of the usual time required and the quality of the cut-in is actually better than 20 years of hand cut-in. HIGHLY recommended. I can guarantee from this day forward I will own one and give others for gifts.
