I have had a Silpat for years and love it, but got this because of the price, size and helpful measuring aids. I love it! It's very large, so I use it to roll out dough on the counter, assemble whatever I'm making on it, then move the whole thing to a pizza tray and bake. It cleans off SO easily! (though I was working with food coloring and it got a little discolored, but I don't care about that at all, just fyi). It's also a little thinner than the Silpat, so I can fold it to store, rather than have to roll it, which I find to be a plus. I got one for a friend as a gift, and would definitely order more, for myself or others.

Handy mat. The size markings make it easy to knock out multiple items of the same size. Being silicone, it is non-slip and easy to clean up.

This baking mat is thinner than I was expecting, but I like it very much. It kind of sticks to the counter once it's laid flat so it doesn't slide around at all while you're kneading or rolling out dough. The ruler on the side and the circles in different sizes will be useful. The mat peels off the counter easily. I roll it up for storage between uses.

One thing I did not like was I found the mat to stretch a bit while rolling my dough. It seems to have gone back to place, however, over many uses I wonder how the mat will be. This is in the center of the mat.

Great pastry sheet for dough. I like thismuch better than the board I used before and it's also more sanitary then just putting it on the surface of your counter. It sticks to the surface and doesn't roll around. I'll be using this for the next pie I make. Wish I'd known about this product sooner!

Never used a baking pad before, saw it used on the internet and decided to try it. Really made my making pastry dough very easy. Have not used it for anything else at this time. however you need to roll out dough larger than circle on mat to fit pie plate. Love this item.

What is the hardest part about making dough or pie crusts? It is cleaning up the surface where it is rolled out. There can be pieces of dough stuck to the counter or board and flour everywhere. This pastry mat eliminates all that scrubbing. Everything practically slides off it. Also, making a perfectly shaped pie crust as you roll it out is easier now with the measurement templates on the mat. Highly recommend if you regularly work with dough.

I can't say enough good things about this mat. I love it! I make flour tortillas often because it's a staple in my Latin household. Before getting this mat, I always used a wooden cutting board to roll out my tortillas because the flour spreads out more evenly on wood than on any other type of surface, But I always have to put a rubber mat under the wooden cutting board so it doesn't move or slide around while I'm rolling out the dough. It also makes clean up a lot easier because I don't have to wrestle with a big, heavy wood board while trying to wash it in my sink. Not to mention that I also have to wash the rubber sheet too since it somehow gets flour on it. I can't say enough good things about this mat because now I only need (this) one thing, instead of pulling out a big, heavy wooden board and a sheet of rubber whenever I make my tortillas. I highly recommend this mat!

This mat is very helpful for rolling out pie crust. I can roll much thinner than with waxed paper. I was also delighted to find how helpful it is for rolling our family Christmas cookies. That is why I ordered a second mat. It wipes clean and rolls up for easy storage in the towel drawer.

Clean up is so much easier with this mat; it will fold so the flour doesn�t fly everywhere and empties into the trash easily. Then a quick rinse and a wash if needed. Dries easily with a paper towel and is ready to store.

Love, love, love. Roll your pie dough, roll it up, and then stick it in the fridge. Perfect. Word of caution. Flour the sheet well, when rolling up dough for later use, otherwise dough will stick to mat.

Brought this for my husband he liked its functionality, the size is bigger than we thought and that was a plus most are small in size but this one is not, and love that it has all the pie circle sizes and drought cut measurements on it, I recommend any pastry maker to purchase this one.
