I got this for my sons age 20-5, my 5 year old needs to build his hand eye coordination, so far he hasnt taken it off. Due to the string, he can't use it unsupervised, but I am impressed, he has hit it in motion. Can't wait for the big boys to play too.

I love this thing, although mine came without the users guide so I went straight for the red ball, I guess that one�s supposed to be the more difficult of the 2, but using it came pretty naturally, super fun to use and it�s hard to put down once you get started (I train Muay Thai btw)

This item was recommended to me by one of my friends as he is having fun with it! Then I give it a try. These reflex balls are really challengeable, cause you need to pay full concentration on it but it�s very addicting especially when you�re able to connect more punches in a row! I do get a lot of fun. BTW,it previously helps improve the coordination of my hands, my eyes and even my boxing fight skills as well. Recommend!

This is a fun exercise to improve your reflexes and coordination. It came with 2 types of balls, one for beginners and one for advanced level. And they are light and small, so it's easy to carry them whenever and wherever you go. It doesn't require much of space so it can be done in any room, even in your office for a short work break. It can be ratter addicting in a good way.

I happened to see the reflex balls when searching items related to boxing for my son who is a boxing fan and loves boxing in the gym. When telling him about it, he said he would like to give it a try... Long story short, he likes it a lot since he received it. It is exactly what you expect. A cat toy for humans. With practice you get better at punching the ball but i can't say the technique translates to the bag. It's similar to a jab but i tend to automatically pull my punches a bit. If you alternate left right you square off to your target instead of taking a right or southpaw stance.

i love this product!!! i use it a few times a week and have gotten better overall!!! quality and bounce of the foam balls is great!! the only issue is the bungee which tangles up a bit too fast and seem to wear out pretty quick

It isn't going to improve your punching or boxing technique or your punching, but it will improve your reflexes and coordination. Doesn't seem very sturdily made so I doubt it will last long, but it's cheap so I guess that doesn't matter too much.

I had recently purchased some weighted gloves for when I go walking and ran across this Reflex Ball so I said what the heck. Someone else said it perfectly: "Cat exercise for humans". I have SO much fun with this thing. In addition to improving hand-eye coordination, with the weighted gloves it provides for a nice warm-up exercise to get the blood flowing. Buy one for your kids and get them away from the TV/Video games and off their keister's . . .

Bought this as a gift for my boyfriend who loves MMA. He's obsessed. Takes it everywhere with him. It didn't take him long to get used to it. It's great that there are two types of balls and that the cord is adjustable. The headband stays where it should. If he finds a way to break it or lose it I'll definitely? be buying another one.

This is a fun way to build hand/eye coordination. Its not going to replace a speed bag, but it's fun and adds in head bobbing when you miss. Good way to build the attribute "dont get punched in the face".

I was skeptical, but quickly came to love this thing. It takes a few sessions to get the hang of it, but then you'll find you can easily hit the (black) ball twenty or more times in succession. (No gloves needed, BTW.) You'll even instinctively pop-pop using the same fist when called for. Beware the red ball, however -- it's elastic string is much firmer and you'll need a real boxer's reflexes to do well with it.

The set up is easy and operation is similar to paddle ball except the fists are used instead of a paddle. The material is very good. No noticeable defects or flaws. Great product.
